I am new to the board, kinda.  I found the Notebook 2-3 years ago or so at the old site.  I loved it, great job Brian.  I have been lurking around here off and on since then.  I learned about jig fishing from this site, and have gotten some great tips here too.  I have fished the Cow mostly from the bank and have had my fill.  I want to learn to fish more local rivers.  So today, I hit the Snoqualmie, the Green, and the Carbon.  Mostly a site seeing trip to look for new water.  I spent the most time on the Carbon.  BTW, can you still fish at Alderton?  It's all fenced off now.  Anyways, I got a little ways above the Voights creek area.  I am off of work for the rest of the week and looking forward to wetting a line and exploring the local streams.  Thanks for a great site.

Welcome to the Notebook Rich, look forward to some post and pictures, not much local fishing right now? I ran down to the Carbon myself a couple time today.

Welcome back Rich. Glad to hear your finding some useful info here. Don't be afraid to ask someone here if you can tag alonmg with them on a fishing trip. Maybe see you down on the carbon this winter. Grin
