OK, here's my next "project."  I talked to one of my buddies tonight, and he was over on the Yak yesterday, wading upstream from Rinehart Park in Eburg.  The Skwalas are moving, and the baetis were hatching all afternoon.  I normally don't fish it until late March, but in light of the weather, a little dry fly fishing in February would be working.  At least until it rains, then it's time to say Hoh, Hoh, Hoh!
