I usually keep 1-2 native coho a year. However I recently learned there is a run of hatchery coho in the Green River produced by the Indians that are unclipped.

yes but..: 6
no: 9


that is ridiculous.... I never keep any wild fish unless it is a springer or fall chinook... but i never usually get any fall salmon.. or springers....


come up to WA during the humpy/pink season and bonk as many of these wild fish as you want.  It still won't help cut down on the awful smell of dead fish in October.

While the smell may be nasty, all those dead/dying/decaying fish provide vital nutrients to the streams and help our 'more desireable' runs. great
