Thats the thing I love about this site, you dont get flamed for not saying where you catch your fish.  Little honey holes are slowely being discovered more and more so I like the fact that you can keep them quiet on this board and no one cares.  Oh yea, beautiful fish Brian.

I agree 100%. With the boom of internet fishing, there are thousand of anglers who don't understand the time, effort, and fishless days that go into finding special places.

exactly.
i believe a fisherman is only as good as his best spot anyway. some things need to be kept a little on the down low. for example there is a little river down south that always was a killer little hatchery fishery this time of year, i guess it had over 30 cars there yesterday and guys everywhere. a guess f&h news wrote about it a few too many times, i definately won't be fishing there anymore.

That is true steve...

I have this one spot downstream from Grants Pass a mile or two and the DBs go right pass it and fish the end part of the hole

Zipperlipping is definitely the way to go. It's hard imagine how some of these rivers would turn out to be if we were all loose-lipped with information. Actually, it's not hard to imagine, since I found out this weekend what a few publications and a little chit-chatting can do to a river.

At least the bright side was floating a different river the next day less than 30 minutes away, catching a good mix of steelhead and silvers, and not seeing 1 other fisherman the entire time.
