This won't impress any of our regulars 'cause they've seen it before. I went back into the archives and pulled a couple of pics of the handy dandy jig baker that I made last November. Thought some of our newcomers and lurkers could benefit from the idea and they might not dig back that far.

Painted jigs will chip if the paint isn't baked on. Fortunately, baking is easy. Just go to your local dollar store and pick up a foil roasting pan like in this picture. I saw two of them for a dollar just today. Add some coat hanger wire cross members by punching through the sides.



Hang your powder painted jigs, preheat the oven, and pop them in for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.



Take them out, decorate them with feathers or fur. Serve cold.
