Actually, I'm pretty pleased that the slackwater at Flaming Geyser will get a couple extra days of protection for outmigrating juveniles and kelts alike... Although it would appear that coho retention is now legal in the upper river. One step forward, two steps back. The WDFW Shuffle.

One absolutely positive comment on the new regs is that they switched out the annual cover photo of two goons high-fiving in an Alumaweld for a nice illustration.
