Give this a try: http://flyfisherman.com/skills/dslinebuild/index.html. However, I would recommend that you buy a Rio Versi-tip line: http://www.rioproducts.com/product.php?recKey=14. I hope that this helps!

Andrew

i take sections of t-8,11,14,17 fold over the ends in loops, tied 2 nailknots back to back stacked right up against each other and then aquaseal them. simple as that.

Contact Meiser Fly Rods and order their new Zink Tip. It comes in Z7, Z11, Z15 and Z19. Best sink tip material I've used, very supple and cast great. Unlike T Tip with its single strand mono. core, it has a braided core. The braided core allows for making my preferred Aquaseal covered spliced loops. Google "splicing a loop by Jack Cook" for instructions.
