LOL, yea I think its going to be all spoon all the time now. Anyone need some slinkies? Well maybe the fly rod will get some serious use but corkies are really out of the options now...

I'll take those slinkies off your hands!  Wink

Seriously though, I think there should be a SN sponsored corky burning party... like that thing they did with disco lps, back before I was born.   Grin

(for those of you that are too young to know what an LP is, its like a CD, but big and black  Afro)

I dont think I have a single corkie anymore, they make great floats for fishing worms off the bottom though in a lake. Caught a bunch of catfish that way, and I think some trout but either way they have an use. And the fire wouldn't last long, but its the thought that counts.

FishinSinsation,

The dude once told us a story of how he dropped his baby while excitedly running for his rod to battle a turtle in a Barstow mud puddle for $hit sake! I feel letting him live this steelheading moment without judgement would be acceptable here... Smiley

LOLOLOL. Sorry, that is just funny. I forgot about that and to have that be remembered about me is just hilarious. BTW Earl is in love with the Rvrfshr #4 Black Spinners, they are his go to. I tried but I just can't get those things to work right, I know they catch fish but I have to stick to spoons and let him run the spinners.

Those were some nice fish in those video's.  That first one had some nice looking shoulders.

Thanks, I don't know if we can top that one this year, but we will sure try. I just think its funny how much the video shows the size of the fish, but the pictures make it look a lot smaller. It would be nice if I had time to get back out before the end of the season but I can't get out the next three weeks because of work. Maybe sometime in April.
