One more thing, I would love to invite anyone involved with this project to come on here and give some evidence that legitimizes this operation. It obviously hasn't improved things in the past otherwise the river would be open.

There are a few kinds of steelhead fishing; fly, float, drift, spoon, spinner, plugs, boondoggin, bobberdoggin,.... and then there is float fishing in 18\" of water.  Put that in your pipe and smoke it! Afro
