WOW,... has anyone else been following the cr*p going on over on PP regarding fishing reports that have mentioned the name of the river where the fish were caught? Guys have posted some nice pics and reports of where and when they were caught, and then have been verbally  beaten up and even threatened by some guides for posting the name of the river. I have been guilty of NOT posting the name of the river where I caught some fish, but rest assured I don't have any problem with anyone posting the name of the river where they had success. It is your choice whether or not you want to share the name of any rivers you are finding fish in, just be aware of the power of the internet!  You may have some more company next time your out! I assure you that I will NOT edit any legitimate post that includes the name of a river, even if it turns out to be one of my favorites!

Yeah, that is really too bad.  I'm really more amazed it doesn't happen more often if you think about the numbers of northwesterners who look at the main fishing sites.  Yet, I think there are enough folks out there who would rather see a few fish pics, and pick up tips than read every fishing report coming down the pike naming rivers.  Brian, I enjoy your reports sans river names.  It keeps it interesting. 

That said, I'll be launching my pontoon boat on various rivers within an hour or so from Oly for summer burns, if anyone wants to work a turn around, I am always game.  I just paid 20 bucks for a shuttle, I'd really rather not do that again.  My report for the river was nada fish.  Just a nice boat ride.

Winterchrome, I would be intersted in providing a trunaround for you. I may be able to borrow a "cartoon" boat with some notice. Next time your heading out PM me with the info and I'll see if I can get my hands on a pontoon for the day. Or maybe I will just provide you a turnaround and do some bank fishing in the area.

Thats beef was over the Lewis? ha ha ha! Thats about like saying my zipperlip on the Cow Just hearing about this kinda bs, makes me that much more confident about my decision to come here. Meatheads, zipperlippers, the list goes on and on. If I want drama, I'll check out day time tv.
