Thanks Ed and everyone who made this happen and to Ed also for seeding the drinks and food.  It was really great to meet so many of you.  I think I could fish with anyone I met tonight and have a good time.  Bonus was walking away with some great handmade spinners and a pair of wool gloves to replace the ones I lost just last week!

I also learned Dan's bark is way worse than his bite, though I was surprised he is an unashamed snagger!  Who wears a t-shirt like that? Wink Wink Wink

Cheers,

Ted

It was good to put some names to the new faces. Wish I could have got a chance to talk to everyone. Sorry if I missed anybody.

Highlight of the night was Dan's gift. Couldn't have been more fitting.  Grin

Unnoticed by many highlight of the night... finishing up the 2nd half of meat/mooch's IPA when he wasn't looking. It was good to get you back after 3 years buddy. Grin

Had a great time meeting everyone at the get together, tonight. Alot of stories and laughs going around. I'm pretty stoked about getting the original okie drifters. I imagine they'll end up on the mantle rather than in the vest. The hand tied jigs and original tadpolly will definitely be hitting the river soon. You have some good karma heading your way!

Good to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones.  I figured it was a good time to come out of semi-retirement on the old notebook.  Thanks for putting it together Ed, great place to meet too.

I also had a great time last evening.  Good work Ed setting it all up for us !  I got some great Pimp Plastics and was able to trade a few bags for some cork floats and a copper spoon.  I also got a "Team Pimp" beanie cap, but my wife got attached to it as soon as she saw it.  It was great meeting with all you guys, both old and new alike.
