I'm a newbie to this site. More of a lurker actually, but I thought maybe I'd jump in. Went 2 for 6 on the Snake this weekend with #3 Brass (what else?) spinners. It was great to get out there and hook some steel. I envy you guys that get to fish for for those bad boys all year long.

Hi 3B,  and welcome to the notebook.  Glad to hear you hit a few on the Snake.  I know guys that fish that"crick" right around the Grande Ronde confluence.

That's exactly where I was. It's a great spot, but tends to get a little crowded in Oct.

Welcome to the site #3Brass.  I lived near the Snake when I was in high school in Idaho.  I sure wished I'd learn how to fish it back then.

Welcome to the site 3brass, that spinner truly can be killer on those summer runs.
